Booking Information
Check In
You may occupy the house from 3pm.
Check Out
You are required to vacate the property by 10am on the last day of your visit.
Booking Restrictions
Minimum stay:
- 3 nights minimum stay
- 7 nights in high season
- Short breaks available

Pricing
Weekly Booking Charges 2025
| January to June | £650 |
| July and August | £800 |
| In peak season (February, May & October half-terms, Easter week, Christmas and New Year | £800 |
Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
Short Breaks
Short breaks are available by arrangement but not during July and August. There is a minimum of 3 nights available outside of peak season. Please ask about the charge.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount is required on booking. Please pay by bank transfer. The remainder is due 4 weeks before the holiday start date.
